I'm trying to download the red theme but when I click on it, it just opensa browser but nothing happens. Dolphin browser will crash. The blue theme works, but I can't get any of the others to prompt me for a dl location. Am I doing it wrong?

hmm, I have never used a phone to download the themes, but this is the difference,
the blue theme is stored on XDADevelopers site so it is a straight download with no problems,
the Red Theme is too big for XDA to accept, so it is linked to my GoogleDrive,
now Google drive has the bad habit of opening a display of the contents of a zip file instead of just letting you download it, unless the zip file is really huge.
for the smaller files there is a file/ download option after getting to that screen.

So, it would be better to not download this directly to your phone,
Or I also have a DropBox site, anyone know if Dropbox plays nicer with shared links?

I think he has it now from his computer. When you open the file up, it gives a list of the files inside the zip instead of a download option. In the top left corner, there is a "file tab". Click it and a drop down is shown with download as the bottom choice. That will give you the zip file to download. That is how I get these colors.

As xpakage said he explained how to dl it to my computer. I did read your response but my browser kept fc'ing before I could see it. Anyways I got it on here now and I must say it is VERY nice. Awesome work. I have a black and red theme going and this really just sets it off.

I have heard Dropbox will shut you down if you use too much bandwidth. The themes may be ok, but having 400+ meg ROMs will get you "throttled".

Reflash the rom. takes about the same time as flashing the theme.

You are better off flashing the Rom that you are using before flashing a different theme, simply because not all themes update the same icons,
therefore you can get residual icons that don't quite fit in with the theme.

These themes can be used on multiple Roms, so it is not realistic to provide a theme backout for every version of every rom that might use it.
That is why it is recommended to reflash the original rom before using a new theme, or reverting to the orginal rom theme.
