backs not applying

hey guys, I know this rom is getting old but I was hoping someone could direct me as after installing goldeneye 49.2 and all backs black not one single app seems to have been blacked. Also I opted not to instal the samsung apps option yet it has installed s voice so that doesnt even seem to of applied.

Seems like a very straight forward install, I tried wiping dalvik and cache after goldeneye instal and also not wiping.

Am I missing something?
