This theme has only been tested on SHOStock, I have not put it in the play store.

Yes, you must reflash SS3 to go back, although this takes a little bit longer, as long as you don't clear out anything, this would do the same thing as having a special member created to just back out of theme every time that SHOstock3 is updated.

However, you could always replace all the updated apk's in the themed zip with the ones from the current rom and rezip it and use that if for some reason you don't want to flash the current rom.

The same way you flashed the SHOStock Rom..using CWM.

Yes, you can flash between my themes, they all update the same modules,
the only exception is that the BootAnimation is updated on some of them,
but you can flash Sho's Bootanimation which is also available on my Johns Themes thread.
