The dock at the bottom can be changed simply by long pressing the icon you want to move out, then moving it out of the dock, then you can move any other icon you want into the dock. Or change the order by moving them around.

As far as the rest, this has nothing to do with the theme, it is the Rom and the things that are or are not included with the Rom.
That's odd. I can rearrange the order of the icons, EXCEPT for the App Launcher one. It stays to the far right now matter how I try to manuever it.

You are correct, same here, this is however a Rom\APK thing, not a theme thing, probably something that Samsung built in,
Either the Jar, XML or Smali code would need to be revised/reprogrammed to change the behavior.

Ok, so, here's the odd thing. I redownloaded and reflashed ShoStock3 and the Tangerine Theme and rebooted. Some things are Tangerine and some are not. But, the more I rebooted, the more other things became Tangerine. Lol. But, nothing in the Status Bar is Tangerine, no matter how many times I reboot. I just want to verify that the Status Bar icons (Wi-Fi, battery, clock, Mobile Data etc) are supposed to be Tangerine, or are those supposed to remain the stock color from the ShoStock3 ROM?
Try rebooting after you install the ROM. Then flash the theme and reboot and see what happens.

I have all the Tangerine icon colors (SHO3 V2.5.1), except the multi-window tab is not Tangerine. The only thing I cannot do now is take a screen shot. Home + power does nothing but brings up the extended menu. Hold it too long and the phone reboots.

The theme has nothing to do with the screen shot, just takes practice and holding the buttons long enough.

The Multi-window apk in version 2.5.1 is not compatible with VRThemes,
However there is a way to replace the full APK that will make it work.

Considering how little color is in the existing MultiWindow, it doesn't really seem worth making the theme incompatible with other Roms and setting it to completely replace the apk.

If you really really really want it, I can give you a Separate CWM install that will just replace the MultiWindow.

I do not use the multi-window, just answering a question I thought I read here. It looks great for what I use/like.

Wireless Icon is white, not tangerine

Ok, after all of this time of trying to figure out why my wireless icon is white and not tangerine.....i looked closely at the screenshots in the first post and I've noticed that the wireless icons are white on there as well and not tangerine. Can you guys take a look at this and help me get this resolved please?

Its not a problem. The theme was made with a white WiFi icon.
