With the great effort from @TonyTeoTeo, testing the new package, I've just updated the link to the main project file at OP.

AllBacksBlack.S4.4.20140404-2-Repack.zip 9,479 Kb

The problem is due to the unreliability of Devhost that, without any warning, just ripped out my files. SAD!
