Is there any easy way that I can edit the zip file before flashing if I want to keep my actual notification drop down icons and UI, I edit the build.prop and i have those S5 UI and I love it it. But I want all other things to be black. Is it possible ?

You can flash ABBS4.4 first, and then flash the S5 notification toggles from here AFTER that. It should work.
No need of editing the build prop. Please share your experience.

EDIT - Just tried it out myself and its working as expected!

Can you provide more details about your setup ? That seems something that came with the ROM and we need to identify it anyway.

Hi, the 'bug' is gone when I close a video. In fact when I close a video now there ist a popup. Strange. But I have flashed to much things that I really can say what causes the problem. But nevermind, you say there is no bug, I believe you. The problem is probably in my settings.

This theme should work on all Stock Sammy 4.4.2 firmwares. So, be the first one to try on the ROM baking up everything and share results

Theme works ok on latest SHOStock-i-v5.0.
About theme. Just great.
Nice black keyboard & Quick toggles.
Transparency enough ok.
Sugestions to black theme: none, for me it's perfect.

Yes but there is no one who was able to get the really toggles icon quick setting as like S5 after just editing the build.prop my screen is awesome and none of theme I saw here is like that, and not to mention I get some extra goodies like drop down menu is a lot nicer and the Recent app also get molded as in S5,

* Statusbar Handler revisited. Not quite satisfied yet but still seeking for a better fit. Please advise if I'm in the right path.

* Included FlashLight icons to QuickSettings set to better serve who has this mod.

* SecCalculator now completely black. To accomplish, included resources.arsc that "may" cause trouble. Please advise if any.

* SecEmail included in the package. As a Holo-Light app, I've messed with top and bottom bars as well as the drawer menu with slight transparency, There are 2 XML editions but this will not cause any trouble. Please advise. Restoring your setup @jlmvc.

* Holo-Light components from framework-res changed to Holo-Grey. Also, checkbox, radio and arrows with same design as ABB featured on last release. Switches not yet.

To edit the ZIP and remove Quick Settings do:

Navigate to \source\system\priv-app\SystemUI.apk\res\drawable-xxhdpi\

delete every: tw_quick_panel_icon_*.png

delete tw_quick_panel_on.png, tw_quick_panel_off.png & tw_quick_panel_dim.png


Navigate to \source\system\priv-app\SecSetting.apk\res\drawable-xxhdpi\

delete: notification_airplane_mode.png

Do NOT delete: notification_panel_clearbtn_bg_*.png

delete every other: notification_panel_*.png

That should do.

EDIT: Please, when posting HUGE images, enclose them into [ HIDE ] tags ... this helps keep thread clean. Thanks.

The original contacts icons are dead. We had a quick ceremony and buried them under heavy concrete to be sure that they will never come back.
