then how do i know if mine is 3g or 4g? cause last time i sent mine in for repair and get a replacement unit back. so not sure its 3g or 4g
Assuming your Xoom is Verizon branded (as it should be since that's what we're talking about in this thread), the easiest way is to go into Settings | About Tablet. Look at the Android version. If the Android version is 3.2.2 (Build HLK75C or HLK75D), 3.2.4 (Build HLK75F), or 3.2.6 (Build HLK75H), you have a 4G LTE Xoom. If it's 3.2.1 or earlier, you have a 3G CDMA Xoom.then how do i know if mine is 3g or 4g? cause last time i sent mine in for repair and get a replacement unit back. so not sure its 3g or 4g
Not quite. He may not live in a 4G market, in which case it'll only connect to 3G regardless of what model Xoom he has.when you connect wirelessly, does it say "3g" or 4g" in the menu bar?

Sent from my Xoom using Tapatalk 2
Thanks, but no. The link you posted is the file that upgrades HTK75D (3.2.1) to IML77 (4.0.3) on the WiFi-only Xoom.Might have it: http://v13.nonxt2.c.android.clients...igned-tervigon-IML77-from-HTK75D.71a21bfe.zip
I hope this is it!
Yep I searched for the text from your last post and thought i found it, turned out to be the old wifi update. Thanks, but no. The link you posted is the file that upgrades HTK75D (3.2.1) to IML77 (4.0.3) on the WiFi-only Xoom.
What I need is the update that would have come out yesterday, or will be coming in the next few days that will upgrade HTK75D (3.2.1) on the 3G CDMA Verizon Xoom to IMM76L (4.0.4).
Thanks anyway, though!
