W*F?

Hi , something on my VanillaDroid happened , but why??
I just rebooted my phone , go to clean ram and w*f , all apps are in cache , and 154mb free ram , and max i got 160mb in that time by closing skype service , okey rebooted , still get all apps in cache , but rebooted one more time and ram was like usual , about 130mb.
It BUG or what . ??
