Wait Skin Help..

I need help on installing a wait skin for my mogul 6800,

http://www.marshallskins.ilbello.com/php5/htdocs/downloads.php, I wanted

the "Marshall WaitCursor Skin - Touch" if i'm not mistakin that is the black

square with white dot's in the center, I have a realy good theme that can go

along with this one, can some one just give me few steps on how to install

this and get it working? Thank's in advance
