I couldn't find anything in search so please Forgive my ignorance, but is there still not currently a way to change the default background/wallpaper image?

Such a basic feature that is missing for a cool idea. Maybe in an update but i doubt it.
Actually mine just got updated yesterday... Now I can finally set any image in the phone as a wallpaper.
