Wallpaper size

Hi all,

Just a noob question: What's the size of a wallpaper for our Note 8", considering the screen rotation and home screen scroll?

Any recomendations on where to get some images? I just dislike the feather it originally ships with.

I read the stock ones are 1280x1280

How can it be 1280x1280 "square" while the screen is rectangular?

The correct wallpaper size is 1600x1280 as state here http://eseth.net/phones/samsung-galaxy-note-8-0
