Just pulled these wallpapers from the 4.1 SDK that is now available. Some nice choices but unfortunately color banding still exists!

Couple of nice ones. Wasn't really expecting Mac OS style quality though.

very interesting....I see some wallpapers got banding issue on my pc.
Why the **** google playing with this no qualitative wallpapers.
.....later dumb people thinking that the problem is the screen.
(like in 4.0 default UI background, etc.)

There's always banding on the default wallpapers, kind of sucks.

Who can fix this BANDING issue! Really SUCK! A lot wallpaper facing this issue.
Last time my S II also got banding issue, but Cyanogen fixed it. I not sure how CM9 on S III but I don't want CM9, I just want pure Stock ROM with Banding issue fixed.
Isn't the banding issue really just there when we use default Gallery to set the wallpaper? Could just use a modified Gallery apk from a CM revision?
