Before restore it is recommended to wipe system, data ???or just restore ??? Help me bro
When restoring a backup your partitions that you would like to restore are wiped automatically, then restored. No need to wipe them before. Before restore it is recommended to wipe system, data ???or just restore ??? Help me bro

Your device is not hard bricked, given you can still boot. Can i install full oreo as hardbrick device ,or i still get the chance??
If your IMEI is truly shown as unknown, you should read this guide https://forum.xda-developers.com/moto-g4-plus/how-to/guide-moto-g4-plus-imei0-issue-t3859068I use lyuu's twrp recovery with efs and in settings my imei show unknown.for baseband I will answer you later.
Also baseband is unknown. If your IMEI is truly shown as unknown, you should read this guide https://forum.xda-developers.com/moto-g4-plus/how-to/guide-moto-g4-plus-imei0-issue-t3859068
Having a quick look at that guide, looks like it covers that scenario too. Give it a try. Also baseband is unknown.
Okay, so what's your question?Problem is not permanent solve but I have question.
1) I take backup but can't restore it , this happens with me twice.
2) if I have error in restore ,I understand but I take full backup and when I restore it I shown message that you successfully restore 7 partition with no red text error. I temporary flash Oreo stock ,but it will happens with other guys also. I restore backup and stuck in recovery .
If there fail all time so backup is not necessary if it will be can't restore. @echo92 and @strongst thank you for helping me out.
I happy with stock Oreo but with low speaker sound ,so I went in pie and my problem is solved ,so I revert back to Oreo and stuck.
I not know very much about backup ,so I tick all the available options (like system, system.img ,data (exclude media),efs )) etc...Okay, so what's your question?
Try using another TWRP to back up and restore, see if that gives you the same issue: https://forum.xda-developers.com/mo...recovery-twrp-3-2-1-unofficial-touch-t3722206 which partitions are you selecting for backup and restore?
I don't think you need to back up system.img unless you're going for an OTA compatible backup. Backing up system (without system.img) should be enough.I not know very much about backup ,so I tick all the available options (like system, system.img ,data (exclude media),efs )) etc...
Here's an explanation from the TWRP maintainers: https://twrp.me/faq/whattobackup.htmlWhat is system.img ?? It is change with rom?
