want to build a custom recovery

Please can any one help to build TWRP,CWM,PhilZ or any other recovery for my device.
i dont have any knowledge to build or compile a recovery.

i am using windows OS on my pc

my phone is using Cortex A7
Gpu: Mali-400 MP
Hardware: SP7731c_1h10
Kernel Architecture: armv7I
Kernel Version:3.10.65-svn27116

Then its difficult because as i know TWRP recovery can made with AOSP working tree.
