is this for EVA-L09 or EVA-l19?

in the about section it shows as 3.1 although it doesn't appear to be as I've used emui 3 before and it's nothing like it. It looks more like 4.1 with incorporated N features such as knuckle the middle of the screen and slide to split screen ( I know, very cool) although 3rd party icons are rounded back to "huawei style"
The android version shows as 5.1 although cpu-z says: 7
I've successfully flashed it onto EVA-L09, dunno about EVA-L19. I hope this helps.

Would it be possible for you to send a video running through some of the features?

I am confused as to how the version has EMUI 5 (which Huawei don't seem to have released) and Android 7 (which Google don't seem to have released).

If not possible a couple screenshots of random stuff will help settle my nervs!

My phone has the bootloader unlocked, is rooted and TWRP is installed on the EVA-L09C432B136 build.

Regardlless my datas :
How can I flash EMUI-EVA-C900B040SP11 on L09 ? Is there anyone succeed this ? I read some yes but I wonder how in order to avoid any future problems ^^
Via TWRP or via the dload method ?

- If via TWRP :
Can I use th usual cleanup and flashing method ? and reroot ?

- If dload :
Must I unroot and relock my bootloader, and reflash old B136 rom + original bootloader before flashing the update.zip from another version ? or there is another quicker method ?

And there are the last questions :
Wich ROMs in this post are compatible with the L09 ? All or somes ?
Could I reroot the android 7 version ?
What is the difference between EVA**** and EMUI*** files ?

I ask this because I found many awnser from our community but no certitudes about doing this in my case.
I would like to be sure of the mecanism on huawei phones before wiping, and all the possibilities available to me

Errr, I can't seem to relock my bootloader I get

FAILED (remote: Command not allowed)

I tried with fastboot 'fastboot oem lock xxxxxxxxxxxx' and tried the SRK tool too, nothing

What have I done??

I had it unlocked when I was on the earlier version B136 then installed the B166 via OTA, could that be it?

I have successfully flashed EMUI-EVA-C900B040SP11 to my L09 via dload, the phone had stock recovery, unrooted and bootloader locked, hope this helps.

I have got the normal p9 (eva l09), locked bootloader, twrp installed, root and xposed

Yes it does, press and hold the square or use emui gesture knuckle and draw a line from left to right.
Also double tapping the square has ms windows alt + tab effect

Backup important data first.

1. Create a folder on your SD card called dload.
2. Unzip the update into it.
3. Shut down the phone.
4 press both volume up and down buttons and Power on Button and hold them until you see huawei boot logo, then release and wait.
It will first apply The update then it will notify you it Has completed it then it will reboot itself. Next it will optimize The system. All in all it will take around 5-10 minutes.
Next you'll go through some annoying setup , language wifi etc and you're done.
