Yes, that's right. I just finished downgrading to L09C636B152, but still no service.

Should I try an even earlier version?

Try B136, im not sure what could have happend. I know that the firmware u flashed C432B180 is EMUI 4.1.1 and if something happend there that it flashed another modem or something? Try clear cache and factory reset if it does not work.

I can't find a EVA-L09C636B136

No L29 is dual sim. I will try to find it when i come home. Try clear cash and dalvik and factory reset. Make backup first.

I was on B166 on my L19-C432.
Never saw the B170 to download it and install it. Then B180 appears couple of days ago here on this forum.
I finally manage to download the update.zip.
According to instructions extract it and copy the update.app to dload folder on the root of SD Card. Then dial *#*# ... select SD Upgrade and let it run.
And I did ! When it booted _ I had no wifi_ and I was still on B166. So no update actually! And No WIFI! So I looked for a full package and I found B161 Only. I flashed using the same method and I am on B161 and WiFi is working but I get no notification from phone to install B166 again as I did couple of weeks ago when I bought the phone.
So:

1. Anyone, please , point me to B166 OTA or Full.
2. What is the logic of downloading over 340 Mb if there is only a 75Mb file needed to update ?

EVA-L09C432B180 still has the "RAW-Bug".

In EXIF of the RAW file the date of the photo is shown incorrect. Doesn't make a difference HOW the file is transfered to PC/cloud.
Can someone confirm this? Maybe also with othe CUST versions?
