Warning Screen afther Root

hi,

afther the Rooting Process from my GF S4mini .. she gets now a Warning Message .. that some apps are not safe and the device need a reboot..

how we can get rid of this? cant find much on the net because the device is new..

Hi, follow the instructions of arco68 to fix it.

To get rid of the the warnings about applications doing not permitted actions, delete the following files from system/app

KNOXAgent.apk
KNOXStore.apk
ContainerAgent.apk

Use some root browsing app and delete those files.

wel.. i freeze knoxstore.apk and knoxagent.apk because there are also odexed files if i look in a root browsing app..do i must delete those files to ? ..affraid to delete it .. (because its not my phone and a new device)

but, i cant find containeragent.apk ? (not in FX explorer or TB)

You don't have to delete the odex files. (I didn't and everything works fine). The ContainerAgent.apk should be there in system/apps

Try arranging by alphabetical order and skim through the file list
