was flashing roms and now my phone wont make calls...

it hangs up, screen turns black, then says call ended. ive reinstalled my twrp backup but nothing. I'm going to try a new sim card. any ideas?

Try flashing a modem?

I got it working by continually restoring my backup until it booted up. But my pull down menu is gone and my notification bar is gone. Is there any way to reinstall these? Maybe from the App Store or... I don't know. I kind of need them
