Was rooted and installed the stock RUU file now 2.3.5 How to root again

Hello guys.

Sorry but I was Rooted but the device was dying slowness and installed the RUU file "RUU_Ace_Sense30_S_HTC_ARA_3.13.415.2_Radio_12.65.60.29_26.14.04.28_M_release_227469_signed" So what now I lost the Root ? or Still S-Off because I don't know. Please someone help me to back to root because all google services with market with HTC sense error connecting to server. need to root this mobile for my work cause I truly need to install 2 apps for my work + google maps.
