Hi all, Received the 2.1.0.237 update today. This was totally unexpected since nothing has been done to the watch. Appears that the update is just extremely late.

My watch was almost 4 weeks in repair shop, now its coming back. Hope i got it tomorrow. Service people says he cant even update watch and wait answer for huawei. I takes about week and now its updatet some newer version and no more give error(?)

Huawei's stumbling is ridiculous. Last November i contacted Huawei customer support for update problems. Huawei support was completely unable to give any help to this issue, so I send the watch local service center (here in Finland).Huawei is not able to support the already released watches, but is releasing new ones.

They send watch immediately back, and say there's no problem. Just wait for new FW. There's no sign for the new FW. Watch has from the day one poorly functioning GPS, so few weeks later i send it again to service because poor GPS.
This time they update the firmware (warranty repair) to the latest 300.1.4.7, and GPS still works poorly.
So it's funny that Huawei introduce continously new watches, and older models are almost abandoned, or poorly supported.
For this reasons, this is very last Huawei product for me. Watch 3 Pro's build quality is nice, but unfortunately software support is crap.
It seems that Huawei has serious problems it's update system. My watch received about 2 weeks ago new version 3.0.0.1.5.7. According to Huawei, this update contains few security fixes, but nothing interesting on UI.
Also I noticed that, when going to system update on watch, I cannot see any changelog of the version. Also in the Huawei app there is nothing to show on changelog version of harmony 2.1.0.237.
I'm kinda new to this os, but I was wondering if in harmony 3 there is more types of excercices more than running, skiing, cycling... I was looking for something like heavy lifting (i saw that Huawei promised 100+ excercices but only i see a few...) Kinda disappointed with this watch.

1I spend hours again trying to use a proxy server to see the huawei update query and possibility intercept the response as they were doing here with a honor watch.
But it's not working because of SSL pinning, and I wasn't able to bypass it.

4Hello everyone i will tell you my experience about the same problem with the watch. like you guys i got stuck in the version 2.0.0.216. I went to check it in the huawei service store and the way they realize it was a problem with the update was after they tried to update the watch through the developers option of the watch. Apparently there is an option to update the watch from there. When they tried that it didnt work or gave any message so i left it for further checks...Anyway after some time I got it back and they had to change the mainboard of the watch. Apparently there is a deffect on the watch with the e-sim card and thats why it will not update so i strongly recommend you to go to huawei to get it fix it before ur guaranty is over. I have harmony 3.0 now in my watch and its awesome.2I just received the notification to update to version 3.0.0.147.
The only thing I changed was enabling data analytics in HMScore (on the watch) and enable automatic download of update. I am not sure if this did the trick or if it is just a coincidence.
I forgot to add that HMS core on my smartphone updated to version 6.9.0.300 (Huawei health still on version 13.0.1.310) an my OS (realme OS) just updated to android 13.
