I have a Motorola g first generation, it fell in water for about 7 seconds, I immediately turned it on, but it is showing the Motorola boot up screen, vibrating, then going black, over and over. I have dried it off, took off the back, and SIM card, and have it in rice. Is it dead?

Rom= system zip file ...What do you mean by install rom again?
which necessary for reboot n running mobile......
Or try to factory reset of your mobile.... by reboot in bootloader(press both volume down and power button at same time)
