Water detected

I dropped my S21 in the ocean several weeks ago. I am unable to use the USB port due to the "moisture detected" message. I have tried brushing the port and it is definitely dry by now. Any thoughts on removing the message?

Salt water will destroy the phone if any gets inside. Replace the C port pcb. That may or may not be enough.
Not sure cleaning the port with RO water is advisable as if any of the water contaminated by the salt gets inside... plus the C port pcb may not be salvageable as salt water is very conducive and corrosive. Best to error on the side of caution.

Make sure all critical data is backed up, now.

Maybe some alcohol should be used to clean with brushing, is how I saved many phones
