Wave in the Camera and LTE

I am using the SD 820 variant but I am having issues:
1. theres like moving wave when I use the camera. its like flickering but from left to right

2. sim 2 doesnt get LTE. is it normal? i use sim 2 since the sim is nano sim and it will not work with sim one.

edit: LTE seems fine now. only the cam have lines that blink on night. and while using it, seems like you are capturing from television or monitor even it is not.

Check & adjust anti- flicker in the settings to match your region. Most of Europe is PAL (50 Hz), US & Asia is usually NTSC (60 Hz).
You can also try alternative camera apps, like OpenCamera.
