Ways to improve smoothness on scrooling?

Hey people.

I've installed now MiniCM7 v2.0.5 because of it's stability and lightness comparing to GingerDX (it's my opinion, i'm probably wrong, but for my use MiniCM7 is more stable, light and fast, if you think GingerDX is more stable and light i don't think that). But there is one big problem, the 2d performence is really bad, and scrooling is so laggy that makes my eyes go out of the screen.

So, i'm asking if someone can point me something to improve the 2D performance. GingerDX has a very good 2D performence, so can someone point me the files that i have to copy from GingerDX to "copy" that 2D improvements made by our great developer Doixanh?

Hmm...i dont have lag in scrooling.everything is smooth for me in minicm.

all the optimizations performed in framework.jar.I think all roms have different framework.jar...
