But I can't find relevant resources,Qualcomm 8+ processors have open-source core models such as Mi 12s and Redmi k60, but Mi 12t pro does not have an open-source kernel. When will there be further news? 😯

In my opinion, if you want to flash AOSP based ROM, don't buy Xiaomi anymore.
Moto, Oneplus, Google Pixel may be better. They have good opensource.
Moto, Oneplus have less ROM after 8g1(Maybe need more time). But they obey Project Treble well and have fewer bugs on GSI.
Google Pixel has official lineage ROM on the newest SOC. Now, Google Pixel is the best phone to flash AOSP.

And what if the kernel is released?
From which developers are you expecting some work?
in your opinion what are the plans for this device?

In my region Amazon is reducing the price of the device, the more users buy it, the more possibilities we have for a developer to want to make the rom, as long as Xiaomi decides to share the kernel. It's an opinion, just that. I come to the forum with hope, but if Xiaomi takes too long I will look for an alternative.

wtf no I have Google Pixel 7 Pro development community sucks. you can have look at the threads of Oneplus after Oneplus 9 there is no Oneplus device have any development. the chipset quite new. it will take some time rather than complaining if you want to contribute for the development of device tree do that

For 12tpro we don't have enough opensource code. Such as some opensource drivers.
Mi12's AOSP used some drivers from ASUS and we have to need a developer.

Opensource kernel is useless today. Because aftter GKI2.0 all phones can flash the same android common kernel.
But we need some opensource drivers like audio, wlan, display.

Or you can look at this project: https://github.com/Device-Tree-Marble
This is redmi note12 t, with 7gen2 (8+gen1--)
yukonga used a lot of prebuilt files. It looks like too hard.

For oneplus 10 may be this work is useful: https://github.com/negroni-development
but I don't have oneplus10

The following question now is , can the Stock Camera(exactly the version that is in Mi 12T Pro) be ported to a ASOP/Lineage Rom?
