Weird battery issue after MK6-upgrade

Well, nothing short of strange. As soon as My S3 shuts Down due to battery going zero, and I plug it to charger, the percentage is immediately Around sixty. Yes, sixty. Not sixteen, but... well, you got it. Battery failing? Ideas?

Oh, something else also popped up: screen flicker when under 5%, data closing around the same percentage and finally carrier disconnection at ~2%

Now managed to drain the battery fully. While at 2% rebooted, and got stuck in bootscreen. took the battery off, and reinserted It, then plugged the charger in and powered on. Normal boot, but battery level at 0% quite a while. Now at 88%, let's see what happens.
