weird problem

if the back plate is not attached then wifi works but there is no mobile signal.
if I put it back I get mobile signal but no longer does.'s wifi (it hangs- stays at
switch on)

and if I want mobile search provider it give error: Error while searching for networks. (with backplate attached)

anyone?

No mobile data network its normal if u take out the back plate.
Look at the back of your phone, see if you can meet the small connectors that make contact with the back plate.

take a screwdriver and raises connectors that make contact with the back plate.

Try it again with the back plate and see if its better
