Weird reaction

Hi all im running virtuous rom whit bricked kernel and last night my phone was about 35% on battery and all of a sudden it shutdown and it died it refused to boot..

So i tried putting it in charge left like 2 minute and it booted up again properly however this Time when i turned it on it was indicating 13% and was draining very slowly i drained it until 4% and this morning it was showing 100% i took it off charge it started dropping really quickly to 95% and it rebooted itself ?

And again it lost some charge it was indicating 83% this time ..

I have an anker battery and im worried that it's dying ? I know i have one year warranty should i claim it ?

It's knot the Rom thats causing the problem its the kernel I was using bricked kernel also and I switched to Sebastian latest kernel and my shut down's have stopped and no reboot's and also there's a aroma mod that you need to download you will see it when you scroll down and it will let you set the clock speed and under volt as well and it is a kick ass kernel so here's the link http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1424345 oh by the way I let my battery drain completely until the phone shut off and I don't turn it back on I plug it in to the wall charger and let it charge to 100% and that way I know my battery percentage is where it should be and it works

Thanks really nice of you for posting the link but ive noticed incorect % is being displayed and when i get low battery like 20% left it starts rebooting like 20 times in arow until it boots up then shut downs again ..

I remember my little cousin sprayed me whit water and my phone was in my pocket but the phone was only wet on the back cover not the sides or camera lenses since i saw that the phone was working fine i just wiped it away ?

And also i doubt it being the kernel never had issues before been using this combo since like 6-7 months ..

Crap i would be really sad to leave this amazing sick forums ! Might get an xperia arc for the moment which i think is a downgrade :S

Ooooh that is strange, have you checked your sensors to see if they turned pink? Pink is water damage.. white is not... Just check and see if by chance they have turned pink from the water. If so you can take the device apart and try to dry the internal components in rice. Perhaps it will help if moisture had gotten in on accident. Hope this helps.

Im quite sure its just the battery damaged i haven't checked the sensors because idk where are they should i ask for a replacement battery as i have one year warranty ?
