Thank you for the response. Yes it is still the case. I do not see any way to select posts in order to moderate them.
edit: I do have the moderator bar, but the drop-down only contains Approval queue and Reports.

None for now, a new app based on the new forum will come soon.
I'm not seeing an option to search a thread. Is this a missing feature? If not where do I find it? If so I'd definitely prioritize that one since it's gonna resolve a lot of unnecessary posts and whatnot.

You just use the search bar at the top and in the dropdown select "this thread"

I believe the 10000 character limit is incorrectly counted. Or it's using spacing as well. Either way. A way to see what character count the system is seeing would be helpful.

I can't login into my main account, it doesn't accept the password. It is a 14 years old account and I don't have access to that email right now to reset the password. Even the search function doesn't work, did you guys even test the system before publishing? Can someone help me?
I had the same problem. But then I used one of my current email accounts and it worked.
The main thing is your username must be exactly as it was in the original XDA forum.
XDA just need an email address to send the 'Reset password' email to.
But the password reset system asks for the email address that you have registered with. It doesn't accept different email. I don't understand, did you re-register with the same name?
XDA acted obviously absolutely unprofessional and unprepared by applying this update, therefore we have this absolut mess, we read about here. This is more then disappointing after so many years :-(

Your recent posts tell me you are already logged in now on your original XDA username name. Just clicked your name, clicked Messages and can see your posts from 2009.

303KNOWN ISSUES as of 12/3 (we're working on these!):
- Some threads/posts may be missing. We imported missing threads, some first posts missing still.
- Need to launch new XDA app asap. All current apps are broken like Tapatalk and XDA app. Use the browser instead for now plz (update: 12/7-8/20 target launch)

For login issues... use the "Forgot password" to reset your password. If you do not know your email address or it is no longer active, we will work on a way of getting access restored.
If Google login does not work, you can reset your password and reassociate (called "Connect Account") your Google account to allow login.
