Let's bury this post with some other questions, do you know what the little purple eye means? I thought it meant the thread was watched but in the what's new section, I see the eye on this thread, even though I didn't watched it. Any ideas ? (By watch I mean starred )

And btw, do you plan on reintroducing the banner thing on the profile page ?
I liked this features when it was here at the beginning of the roll out

The 8 thanks per day limit is gone btw, idk if you plan on reintroducing it, just letting you know here.

Overall, the new platform is much faster and more responsive than the old one but I'm still having a couple issues that aren't listed in the OP:

1. Dev DB is gone - there's some threads where I can't edit the OP anymore now because of that. Furthermore, the OP on some of them are snapshots of what they were months ago, not the current version
2. Can't find my folders I setup to organized my subscribed threads
3. There's no search bar by the thread anymore - I know you can use the search bar up top and set to thread only, but considering how much of a problem users already have with "search the thread first", this is a huge step backwards

I'm sure I'll find more stuff when I play around with the new forum some more but it's looking great so far!

Edit: Found that subscribed threads were renamed to watched threads, still can't find folders

@svetius...There's no search bar by the thread anymore - I know you can use the search bar up top and set to thread only, but considering how much of a problem users already have with "search the thread first", this is a huge step backwards...

Otherwise we will have a never ending stream of "how to search thread" + replies to that + posts telling users to search the fuzzing thread.

@svetius, @woodman, @the_scotsman, @Oswald Boelcke, @bitpushr & other people focused on usability please make this one of the many top priorities.

That's why there was 5 Most Thanked posts to choose from.

Most Thanked varied depending on the threads obviously & yes a most liked or "reacted" selfie post could be interesting to see depending on the context.

From a quick read of the TOS, I believe you obtain, then complete an OT form #5150, then send it in by snail mail to your local Congressman's Office for review. That was my understanding, anyways.................
