Tried several last night, same issue - slim, carbon, jellybeer. Same problem with all of them (its not just performance governor, same thing on interactive, ondemand, gaming). And its not just in one app, ppsspp during game and titanium backup during backup both hit 1000 and stay there.

Have you already tried wiping the data of your tweaking apps? Especially Tegra Overclock sometimes causes such issues.

I had full data wipe, and had only perfmon and ppsspp installed in order to check other roms. No gapps even

no problems found sofar with V7 and CM10.1.

I had build an aosp 4.1 rom from source then I built a miui rom by patchrom from Micode.

Now I met a problem , when open the camera application, it said there's no sdcard.

but when I start adb shell , I can see sdcard and I manage files in sd card.

I had tried your miui kernel ,but it dosen't work for taking pictures.

Guys when I play GTA Vice City the CPU reaches the maximum frequency of 1000MHz and not 1500 as it should, there is a way to make it work well at 1500MHz?
