The idea of a combined general section is a good one. Since the phones are basically the same, it helps people get more input on an issue. Shame it didn't work out.
Not really since it can be carrier specific at times. Chances are if you have an issue and it is a known one, others in your device forum should know how to deal with it.The idea of a combined general section is a good one. Where would you like me to move?WE WILL REBUILD!!
Questions that have already been answered will be asked again, devs will have to create more threads if their work is cross compatible, and if you following a thread that gets moved to another carrier then you will just have to jump around. None the less, I know the mods are only trying to do what's best, and follow through with this job at hand. I have a thread on imei loss that effects Tmo & ATT mostly & its now in the Att general section. I didn't have a chance to post a tag before it was moved, but those that are following will figure out where it is & stay up to date on it I'm sure. I really don't think there's a perfect solution to the forums, but having them separated will probably at least prevent many careless user errors...

You know, it's probably just as fine in the Att general section as it would be in the Tmo general section. Either way it'll be missing in one of them. I'll probably just make a post in the Tmo general section with a link to it & asking users not to post in the link thread. I imagine that would work unless you think otherwise?Where would you like me to move?
I might be able to copy the thread an paste it into the tmobile section. You know, it's probably just as fine in the Att general section as it would be in the Tmo general section. I really appreciate you taking the time to address me though, as I know you have a very full plate at the moment & plenty of concerns. You're hard work & efforts are very much appreciated and I know your intentions are to make the forums as helpful & user friendly as possible![]()
They are being put together... Eta is when it gets done, so within a few daysAre the accessories links now with the international or?
Hey great! I appreciate you recognizing the threads importance to some of us. There are alot of guys who have been working very hard behind the scenes on the issue, and hopefully they will have a fix soon. I myself am not exactly an advanced user so their progress has been somewhat enlightening for me.I might be able to copy the thread an paste it into the tmobile section.
I'm trying to make this transition as easy as possible for everyone, new or old users. Being a mod is more then just moving an cleaning, it's also helping users with some of their problems
Edit:i copied the thread over to tmobile it'll look identical to the original, besides my comment

One last question while I have your attention Mr. Highway. I was asked in the thread to request it be stickied, but I'm not familiar with how to go about that? Is it a good idea to stickied it, and are you the person to submit that request to?
