What am I doing ?

Can anyone please tell me what button I'm pressing to get this screen, I have no idea what I do to get these options on my screen. And it pops up quite often ha ha.

That one next to the "back" button

Thanks it must be my fat fingers pressing it when I'm pressing the back button.
