This started out as 1 dead pixel, the following day it was a nice ~10x10, now there are two lines growing that have doubled in size.

This started 3 days ago and now affects what seems to be over 100 pixels.

I've ran a screen fixer over night the past 2 nights and it seems to have made things worse. I don't think I should continue this.. but is there any way to fix these pixels.

From what I know probably not. I could suggest a new screen but I have no idea if that would work. You could call customer support for whoever your carrier is. See if its under warranty if you would pay for it. But that's what I know dead pixels are well dead.

There is no fixing this, the display just needs to be replaced.

It's like when you get bad sectors on your hard dusk. There are tools that can help make the disk readable enough to make a backup, but ultimately the drive needs to be replaced. There is just no fixing physical damage.

Check your ribbon cables are seated correctly, it's a long shot but it looks like your lcd needs replacing. Don't worry, it's not too hard to fix and there are a few videos on YouTube with decent instructions.
