Tempered Glass - Flipkart
(Way better than normal screen guards, also very very easy to apply, 0 bubbles on first try)

Shock Proof Case - Flipkart
(Very sturdy and classy finishing, very bulky too, almost as heavy as the phone. Easily fits in jeans pockets though)

Also, a request, please don't post without links. That orzly cover looks great but has no link.
UPDATE : Bought this + phone on 5th Sep, and it hasn't even been a week and today my phone fell face first on the road from more than 5 feet. Not even a single scratch on the phone or it's tempered glass. +1 to this bulky case paying off! :good:

I am using a Tudia Lucion in Blue and a Techmatte amFilm Tempered Glass screen protector, both together from Amazon was just under $18, been pretty happy with it so far... The case kind of reminds me of my old Ringke Fusion on my Nexus 4, which is a good thing.

EDIT: Update after having this case for 10 days or so... I would not recommend this case, the case does not fit correctly around the buttons and when pressing the power button it requires more effort then should be needed, enough force that the edge of the case pushes the screen protector edge and lifts it off the screen, and you can notice a definite gap if you press in between power and volume. It just seems like the case should be snugger on the button side. I will likely be replacing the case with a Poetic Affinity or Ringke Fusion soon.

They sell the ringke fusion for moto g on amazon, but it's not as nice. That case is the entire reason I bought tge Poetic Affinity, though, because it's the most similar to the ringke fusion nexus 4 case available.

Poetic really makes some beautiful cases, so I'm really excited to get this one. I'll post a review after it comes so people can have time to decide whether to preorder it before they start shipping again in October.

The biggest thing I wanted in a case is either absolutely no back or completely clear, but I also wanted one with side and front proection and a way to keep a clear back from scratching. I bought a motomaker phone because I wanted a diferent color scheme.... why are all the case manufacturers trying to cover that up?!?! This one checks all the boxes.

I like cover cases. I got this one. It's alright for the price. The inner plastic back case is glued to the inner leather (fake of course). I cut the plastic from around the side buttons (they were hard to press before the cut). I hold some cash and cards in it. It's not that bad of a case but it makes me wish there were slimmer and higher quality cases.

Great for the price as long as the glue holds. 5/10 for quality 7/10 for value.

Side note: the pictures look blue but the case is black.

I'm actually regretting getting this case and will probably swap it for a Poetic one soon... It doesn't fit that great around the buttons, sometimes it lifts my tempered glass screen protector up when pressing power and it takes a bit more force than it should to press the buttons.

Poetic was supposed to ship today, but didn't for some reason. I've contacted Amazon and they sent a message to bump shipping to overnight and please expedite getting it out. Should be here soon, I hope. I'm running raw-dog until then.

I thought those were shipped direct from Poetic not by Amazon, Poetic only offers standard (USPS) shipping, even via Amazon.

They are from Poetic directly, but when I checked out they did offer overnight.

However, that's neither here nor there. I've cancelled my order, and I will NEVER order anything from Poetic again. Here's why:

I placed my preorder for the Poetic case Sept 6. When I ordered my shipping estimate was Sept 15. The following day I noticed the listing had been updated to state shipping would be Oct 15...but my shipping estimate never was updated, and still, right at this very moment, says it will ship Sept 15 still. Well, yesterday it hadn't shipped, so I contacted Amazon, as I stated above....here's the email I got from Poetic, followed by my response. Also attached is a screenshot showing my order was never updated. They never contacted me or anything. They just let me think my order was on time until I noticed it hadn't shipped, even though they knew well over a week ago ( the day after I ordered) they had shipping delays. Now I'm without a case to protect my phone for that much longer because of this. Let's see how their integrity holds up and if they make this right.

I'll tell you one thing: I will NEVER recommend Poetic to anyone....ever. And when people ask why, I will refer to this disgusting display of how they do business.

Wow... To be honest I don't think Poetic is the one being unreasonable here, but you are entitled to your own opinion, and that's all I'm going to say about that.

I will still probably get a Poetic Affinity case, just wait until they're in stock and I'll try something else in the mean time... Maybe a Ringke Fusion or something similar. I am kind of a case hound, I'll probably have 6-10 by the end of the year.

In your post, I think you made yourself look bad, not the company.

How does this look bad for me??? They promised me an item on a certain date, charged me immediately, as soon as I checked out, IMMEDIATELY issued a delay for 'all future orders', left me out in the dark about my own order status, let the shipping date pass, then waited for me to contact them to ask why my item hadn't shipped when they knew full-well their item wasn't ready RIGHT AFTER THEY TOOK MY MONEY!! They had NO INTENSION of ever letting me know there would be shipping delays for my order. I had to ask them wtf was happening.

I understand it may look like I flew off the handle unprovoked, but when you buy a phone on backorder and a case on preorder at the same time and the phone ships, while the case which is supposed to help protect it from being a pile of silocon and plastic rubble is NOWHERE NEAR shipping....yeah....that's a major issue. I bought this when I did because I wanted protection on my phone ASAP, not some excuse as to why they can't honor their guarantee....and leave my phone exposed an extended period of time due to their neglegence in contacting me within 24 hours of ordering, when they knew in that period my order would not be met. Cases do more than just make your phone pretty. They have a function, and due to Poetic's negligence in contacting me immediately in order to ensure my phone would have the needed protection as soon as humanly possible, they let my phone sit exposed, susceptible to damage at any moment for as long as it took them to get off their lazy asses and write me, which never even hapened until I asked for an update.

They knew immediately, yet still took my money. I should have been contacted as soon as they knew, and been informed of my options then. This didn't happen. This is the issue here. It took me waiting for the ship date to pass and wondering why I paid for something I wasn't getting for them to own up to their screw up.

I'll have had my phone a full 2 weeks before my replacement order arrives, now. If they told me as soon as they knew the case would have gotten here before the phone and this would have never been an issue.

I might have got that one if I saw it before I ordered the Tudia Ultra Slim. I think I'm going to get the official Moto flip case anyway and just wanted something cheap to protect the phone in the meantime.

Hope that one works out better than my Tudia, the case does not fit right around the buttons and has a noticeable "slip" over the edge that lifts my tempered glass screen protector up at times and pressing the buttons requires a fair amount of effort at times, I would not recommend this case any longer.

I really need to go back and edit the original post I did on this case... :/
