What case do you use for Moto G 2015 ?

Hope that one works out better than my Tudia, the case does not fit right around the buttons and has a noticeable "slip" over the edge that lifts my tempered glass screen protector up at times and pressing the buttons requires a fair amount of effort at times, I would not recommend this case any longer.

I really need to go back and edit the original post I did on this case... :/
It seems to fit fine around the buttons, they do however take a bit of force to push which I don't mind. I think the material is easing up the more I use them. I don't use screen protectors but I think I see how the design may be a problem with tempered glass.

Anyone considering a Ringke Fusion, get one!!
http://www.amazon.com/Moto-2015-Case-Technology-Anti-Static/dp/B012DSBYC4

I got mine in 24 hours after shipping with prime.

I bought a smoke gray one, so that's what I'm reviewing.
The case fits EXCELLENT, the buttons press very easily, and have a satisfying 'click' to them. The back is clear, with a very slight tint. I'm actually really happy for the tint, because I chose the golden yellow back for my G3, and it's far brighter than it looked online. I actually thought, based on the stock photos, it looked like it had a slight orange tint. It doesn't....but with the smoke gray case it looks a little darker, and even a tiny bit orange-ish. The back is made from a harder plastic, but still flexes. The sides are TPU, and have a darker tint than the back, but still very transparent. It does darken the trim around the edge a little, but it's still very clearly visible through the TPU, which I really like.

The case goes on easy, and stays put...but it's also easily removed, so no worries about stretching or tearing the TPU bumper around the side.

The port-plugs on the case are a nice addition, if you like that sort of thing. I'm still deciding if I want them or if I want to just chop them off, because they are definitely starting to get a little annoying. It might not be such a big deal if we had wireless charging, but removing the port-plug just to plug in a usb for flashing, file transfer, charging, etc is getting tedious, and holding it back while trying to get the plug in is slightly frustrating. The 3.5mm headphone plug is the same story. Perhaps if I owned a pair of bluetooth headphones I'd be cool with it, but music is my #1 use, and I don't like fumbling with it. My first android was an Xperia X10, which had port-plugs attached the phone itself. I ended up giving them a firm tug and ditching them for the exact same reason I stated above. It's a great idea on paper, but when you get it in your hand you'll see what I mean.

The edges DO NOT have extra grip like some do, but they are made from a soft-type TPU which feels nicely 'grippy' in your hand, anyway...no slipping out of your hands with this one.

The customization the amazon listing mentions is a cool idea. It's so simple!! They give you a nice template made of heavy paper stock, and you can trace out the outline and cut out any picture or design and slide it between the phone's back side and the inside of the case so it displays, giving you an original look.

I did NOT try the screen protector which comes free with the case, because I don't like the way they feel when using the phone. I prefer tempered glass, which will be my next purchase. It seems like a very nice plastic film type one, though, and is made by Ringke, so at least I can tell you it's not a no-name company's product.

I'd highly recommend this case for anyone looking into bumpers, because true bumpers are extremely difficult to find right now. This is the nicest, closest one you can find, and it won't break the bank at $10 with free shipping!!

I'll give this case a 90 out of 100....but only because it's not a bumper, and I had to settle for this case instead of the one I really wanted and liked the looks of a little better. But since this one is half the price of the one I wanted, I seriously can't complain.

I bought one of these nice looking cheap chinese cases on ebay. First seller didn't even ship, another seller took over a month. Pure garbage. Now looking for a better quality case.

I picked up a Fosman case from Amazon Canada. It feels nice, fits nice, but it's difficult pressing the power and volume buttons. They require extra effort. To compliment the case I also put on a tempered glass screen protector...with some blasted lint particles stuck underneath. The more I try to remove them the more appear under there. :p

One thing i didnt think about when buying this phone is im switching from clamps and other holders to magnetic for home and car. Because the back is not flat like all normal phones (except lg flex) it'll be a pain attaching a flat metal plate to the back or inside a case, or even behind the back cover, for those who prefer to hide it. What can i say. Good job on fking up G3, motorola.

The case itself seems ok but adds to the weight/bulk of the phone. Much better than the one i bought before. I also ordered a slim tpu case for backup.

I'm using this exact case, the black color and yes it does add quite an amount of bulk to the already bulky phone. But I've dropped my phone 2-3 times from minimum 4-5ft each time on asphalt and tiles and even the case doesn't have a scratch, let alone the phone.

As for the curved back, i prefer it over the flat one. It gives a better grip in the hand. But to each his own i guess.

My flip shell has just arrived and it's completely awesome. Lock/unlock with tapping the front is cool feature, also compass is not disrupted as long as you don't move the magnet fragment close to the device.

Have you tried any magnetic holders? I ordered one a month ago on eBay and still waiting so I can't say how good or bad it is. Can't find any info, nobody seems to care to use g3 with magnetic holders. I may have to switch to a flat back case.

How exactly does it work when you are talking on the phone? Does the cover flap over to the side? I was going to order one of these but thought it looked a bit awkward. The pictures on the Moto website don't show it in use.

You simply call the desired number and close the flip shell as it is when you dont use the phone. Shell itself has holes for the speaker on top and on the bottom. Cheers.

I have my temporary bulky case with curved back. I want something with flat back so i can attach a metal plate for magnetic holder. Also need a loop for a hand strap, and a small cutout for camera and led flash, but the rest of the ridiculous chrome accent needs to be covered.

Try eBay. Set price range up to 5. I bought s-line tpu and a 2- piece hybrid bulky case for better protection. Try to get a flat back case if you plan to use magnetic holder or keep it on flat surface. I'm waiting for a better case.
