Question What Case Will You Be Getting?

Search This thread
I have the Spigen Tough Armor in Black and is a big sturdy case, that'll definitely be my night out one. But for daily use I'm now using the Caseology Vault Case in Matte Black. It makes the phone feel much slimmer than the Tough Armour, nicer to hold
Have both and agree 100%! One for inside, one for out worls for me.

So I have a mixture of cases
Ordered the grey flip case for when the phone arrived so I had some protection on the phone ,it's good but very bulky

I then got these screen protectors which are excellent.
TOCOL 4 Pack Compatible with... https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B09FX3X3QP?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share

So I ordered a cheap clear case off eBay to try again too bulky,I got the fit bar grey leather as if I use my phone naked or with the d brand skin on I will keep it in the fit bag .

Finally I got a black very slim case off Amazon which excellent and with that and SP on is perfect for me ,would like one the same thickness but clear ,I will swap them up over next few weeks and decided which I prefer

I bought ToughArmor and it's far, far too chunky. The phone loses all feel of 'premium' and becomes a brick shaped mess.

I've since bought ThinFit which is perfect imo.

Anker just released a new Magsafe metal ring thing. I'm thinking about sticking this on my case so that I can use the Magsafe Popsocket holder or wallet.

I just received my black Caseology Vault case today. Been deathly afraid to take this thing anywhere naked considering Google apparently wants us to drop it based on the design...

At first, I was a tad disappointed with the extra bulk it adds. Considering the gargantuan size of the pro to begin with, I wanted something very minimal to mostly protect from scratches and minor drops. The Vault is a little bigger than I was hoping, HOWEVER it's also much more capable too. I can tell that it offers really decent drop protection (no, I don't plan on testing it).

The back of this case is the best feeling out of any I've ever owned. Satisfying texture, and now I feel comfortable holding it one-handed finally. What really finally sold me on it though are the buttons covering the volume and power. Super clicky, feels better than the phone with no case at all. I have a tpu screen protector en route in a couple days, so I'll update with compatibility. As it stands I'd give the Caseology Vault:

6/10 lightweight
8/10 protection, the camera is well recessed and there's a decent lip on the top/bottom
10/10 comfort. I LOVE these buttons!

Would buy again.

I went with a somewhat pricy one, as I bought it directly from a local Verizon dealer, and I forget the name. They are a reputable manufacturer of cases so I knew it was worth the price for protection and it didn't disappoint.

It's a unibody design with stiff plastic with a rigid rubber lining. I believe areas such as the buttons and inner frame is magically a mix of both, so it flexes but takes impact like a beast. The lip around the front is excellent and allows the camera to lay flush when on its back.

I'm currently using Testor modeling paint to Pixelize the look of the texture edges. Still in options so it's still a bit rough. Gotta let's it dry, apply a matte clear coat and scrape off the errors with an Xacto blade.

I started off with a Spigen, not sure which one as I can't find order details. But it was a little slick and I want sure it was solid enough to protect my p6p. I just received my OtterBox defender black case. I always use these, great security for the unexpected drop, and while thicker than original case it is solid in the hand and I am more concerned with protection than looks, so perfect for me.

Both blue models of OtterBox Defenders (and one of the two black models) are now showing in stock. Still regular price ($60). https://www.otterbox.com/en-us/pixel-6-pro?prefn1=featuresRefinements&prefv1=Rugged
I ordered a black defender from their website last weekend and still no confirmation email. I even called a few days ago and the guy said he was able to find some info and he'll put it on express shipping.

That was now 4 days ago and still no tracking number for me...
