I mostly use my Xoom for internet and pdf's... It's perfect... I'm thinking about buying a bluetooth keyboard for typing... Then I would not need my laptop anymore and i could sell it (since I also have a desktop pc at home)...

It's my digital textbook mostly. 21 hours per semester...I don't want to have to lug paper books around. Web surfing, a little gaming, email, eBay, craigslist...
One step ahead...
After my laptop fried up last month, I bought a Microsoft bluetooth keyboard and a Belkin bluetooth mouse. Along with a microHDMI cable connected to my TV, it almost replaces a laptop. Now I do my browsing, twitter, reddit and even some work stuff on the Xoom.
Gaming - Bard's Tale, MC3, Live Holdem Poker Pro, The Sims Free Play, 9mmHD, GTA III, Cut the Rope HD, etc...
Read books (some comics downloaded from Humble Bundle) - ezPDF Reader
Read manga - Mango
Listen to music - Poweramp and TuneIn Radio Pro
Watch Movies - BS Player
Watch (mostly funny) videos - You Tube/ Gallery (videos downloaded from YT using tubemate)
Navigate on the internet - Browser
Develop - Terminal IDE and Linux Terminal (on my PC
)
Read news - Currents/ XDA Premium HD
Edit images - Photoshop Touch/ Sketchbook Pro
Read emails - GMail
Talk with friends - GTalk
Watch interesting videos about more serious stuff - TED
Write texts - Office Suite Pro/ Google Drive (using my Motorola Bluetooth Keyboard)

I bought it for drawing but didn't work out that well. So had been using it for reading (books, internet). Still trying to make it work for drawing

My home/office away from home/office.
I bought mine the day after it launched and like many others, it has become indispensable to me. As a true road warrior for business, I am all about reducing the amount that I have to take with me, and this frees up the load considerably. Since I have my 3rd iteration of a bluetooth keyboard case (Kensington with the removable keyboard, it is by far the best I have used with a more natural keyboard layout than any of the others I have tried... no more having to skip over the up arrow to get to the right shift key), I can use it for long and short projects. Add a bluetooth mouse and there is very little that I cannot do if I need to, and that which I cannot do, I use Phone My PC to control my laptop remotely. I therefore almost never have to travel with my laptop anymore, which considerably lightens my travel load. My back is very thankful for that.

I am sure that if I wanted to spend more time on this list I could come up with many others. Since getting mine, I have implemented the Xoom (an other tablets since Verizon is no longer selling them) to my company's sales force which has lead to a dramatic increase in productivity and communication. Even received a national award for the implementation strategy and the increases that it has brought to the company. I have played with many of the other tablets that are out there since the Xoom is no longer available, and it is still my favorite. I feel that many of the people that do not use it much either a) do not have the necessity for the various things that the Xoom can do or b) have not explored the potential that the Xoom has for their particular lifestyle.
