What happened to Mailwise?

Hi all!
I was just in the middle of switching stuff over to my new phone when i realized Mailwise is missing from the play store. The link from their homepage brings me to a "the requested url was not found on this server" error. I tweeted at them but since their last tweet is from 2014 i have my doubts i will get an answer. Are they dead, anybody knows what is going on?

and maybe let me add on to this question: what email clients are out there you would recommend? i used k9 mail for a long long time, but since they kept the same interface through all those years it all looks a bit dated by todays standards. then i switched over to mailwise, which seems to be dead now.
i'd rather pay for a decent client and not have my mails stored in the cloud but if there's a free one that doesnt i wont be mad either...

I also miss this app and no sign of them.
However, I found the app on the Amazon Appstore. Download it quick and make sure to do an apk backup.

thank you very much! but i dont want to keep using an abandoned software with potential security risks that never get fixed. i switched over to aquamail and i am satisfied with it. https://www.aqua-mail.com

It's back

I was just searching email apps in the Google Play Store and Mail Wise popped up after being gone for a long while. It says it hasn't been updated since 2017 though, so wondering where they went and why are they back now?
