What happened to the One Handed keyboard?

Is anyone else missing the one handed keyboard? I know this phone isn't physically as wide as older Notes but the one-handed keyboard was on the Note 7 and it was the same width. They seem to have ditched it for a resizable keyboard but there's no arrow to swap sides.

Yes, that is one setting.

Install SwiftKey and never want for a better keyboard again....
