It contains logs for BlueTooth interactions. The phone should not record them by default (there's an option in Developer Settings to turn it on), though it seems with some of the more recent versions of OOS it takes them anyways. You can safely delete the btsnoop folder and all of its contents, they have no real use if you're not using them to troubleshoot something.

Thanks for reply mate. But I checked it developer option. But it is already disabled. But i am not sure why this is coming up. Are you saying I can delete they without worry?
