What is the CAUSE of the Note 4 not booting unless battery is removed for 1 minute?

So there is a known glitch with Note 4, where it cant turn on or charge unless you remove the battery, hold the power button for 10-20 seconds, let it sit for 1-5 mins then plug it back in.

My Note 4 has this issue and now this doesnt work

I am curious what is the cause? maybe then I can find a real solution to fix and restore this Note 4 paperweight.

Also, if you have any tips, that would be great

From a Note 4\Note Edge enthusiast. I'd recommend just getting a Note 8

This is the only method that helped my Note recover from the recovery bootloop, constant random reboot etc. To be honest, Fire Kat v21 is actually pretty good....very fast and nearly all of my apps still work on Android 4.4.4.
