I found out that since few days ago on the global site (.com) there are three updates for this phone: B12, B13 and something I can't really tell what is: "(A11B23_update_si) N rollback M Version". Which one is the best and newest - B13? Is this the same as german B13 version? I use my device in Poland and the 1 june 2017 B09 update didn't have good translation. I'll maybe try this B13 version.
I have my phone from Gearbest.

I think that the link "A11B23_update_si (N rollback M)" allows to return to Marshmallow from Nougat. On the Global site, take the link "AXON 7 Mini (B2017G) SD card software package (340060B1271ZTE B2017GV1.2.0B13) N Version". This is the b13.

Both are in nougat version but have a different level of android patch. B09: 1 June 2017 while the B13 is newer and I guess the B13 solves some problems because it is more recent.

For me at least, B2017GV1.2.0B13 is giving the best battery life yet. I feel like I finally got my money's worth out of this phone.

You may have already done this, but have you unzipped the file and extracted the 'update.zip' file and placed that in the root directory of your SD card?
The first few times downloading the European updates, I was following the US directions and just renaming the downloaded file 'update.zip'. I didn't know there was a zip file inside the zip file...

Several people have had to download the file several times in order to get a working copy, (raises hand- it took me half a dozen attempts).
If you are in Europe, there are several ZTE sites you could download the file from. From reports that I have seen, most of europe, (excluding the UK), is on the same firmware. The Spanish site worked perfectly for me. (I'm in the US, but my phone is a global phone from Gearbest).

ZTE opted not to have that feature in Nougat. Crazy but true!

I'm having more issues with Nougat 7.1.1. The first thing I noticed is that Google Pay stopped working. Every time I launch Google Pay, it force closes in a second. A small window pops up with a circle spinning in the middle. Then I'm prompted to re-enter my password and sign in to my Google account. When I put in my Gmail it says: This account already exists on your device. From there I can't progress. Also, my gmail profile photo is mysteriously gone and I can't update it on my phone. When I click set profile photo in Gmail setting, an error comes up: couldn't save profile photo. Strangely when I log in to my Gmail on my laptop, the profile photo is still there.

I tried downgrading to June 1 2017 security patch but the issue still remains. I also tried removing my Gmail and Google Pay, then re-adding Gmail and re-installing Google Pay. Nothing seems to work.

I can't even take a bug report. When I enable Developer Options, USB debugging and Bug report shortcut, The Take a bug report is missing under Developer Options, and there's no shortcut in the Power Menu.

Has anyone encountered the same problem as me?
