I have got a nexus 9,but the cpu is an engineering sample, and by cpu-z, it shows revision r0p0 max frequency is 2.5Ghz. but in geekbech app,it reaches 2.3Ghz and stops. what is your? and how to overclock? it tested under original android 6 by google.

You have to have a kernel that allows overclock. Not really worth overclocking, causes instability.
