Gboard has been great since their overhaul quite a few years back. Only complaint is the cursor move by swiping the space button is tricky. Still haven't figured out how to use it well. Wish there were arrows or something on the side.

Long term Swiftkey for years and years now and recently switched to Gboard and I'm missing my saved words I had in Swiftkey and I'm feeling that Gboard isn't learning my words like Swiftkey was
Is there something special that I need to do in Gboard in order for it to learn a new word?

Swype was great with the copy / past gestures. I cannot find a keyboard with anything similar. I use Gboard now.

I'm using Gboard. Love the swypeing, but sometimes I'll choose a suggestion and it just throws a couple letters in there. Other than that, it does what i need. More in fact.

AnySoftKeyboard at the moment since it's open source.

Also use Chrooma and Blackberry Keyboard with 1Password Keyboard as a utility/backup to autofill.
