Go Launcher EX. I'm just used to the menus and ways to install apps, widgets and shortcuts. I haven't found another launcher that's quite as intuitive. It is getting bloated, which is getting sort of annoying.

Yeah im using stock on carbon ROM... I don't like that there's a limit to the number of apps per folder but other than that it's silky smooth, pretty, and very functional

TSF Shell is what I'm running now, but don't think it is worth the money: too many bugs. I had been using Apex (paid version) forever and have no complaints about it.

I use xperia in tandem with launcher pro +. The app drawer on x.. is unbeatable. Yet LP has tremendous shortcut creation features just like super manager but easy. You can flip back and forth with each launchers shortcuts on the other one. I even have the X app drawer on the LP home page in place of the orig.

Smart Launcher.

It's very minimalistic, sorts your apps by category (you can move them around as you see fit though), has an app-ring or app-row that's hideable on the main screen showing just your background, widget panel, swiping actions built in, and extremely theme-able. I used it on my Droid X2 to improve responsiveness in its old age, and the benefits still carry over to the newer hardware. Also includes optional notifications for the homescreen apps.

I've tried Trebuchet, Nova, Action, GO EX (a lot like Apex), & Holo, but I still find that Apex is the best and has the most customizations while still feeling damn smooth. I like the elastic bounce effect for my dock, ability to size items, app folder options, ability to remove persistent Google search bar, overlapping widgets ability, ability to lock the app/widget positions, amazing app grid settings (for homescreen & app drawer), and great backupping/restoring ability!!
