I'm from the perspective of purchasing a memory card, 16 or 32 GB
I await your advice to not buy anything.
thank you

Well, regardless of what you're going to use it for, extra free space is always welcome, and who knows, maybe you'll find yourself in need for more space than a 8 gb or 16, so, if the price difference ain't that big, go for 32.

The biggest and fastest you can get :D. Recently I bought 16GB class 10, because a/ I wanted to see if a faster card would make the shutter in video recording go away and b/ I needed a bigger card (one that would be enough to store a full season of TV shows - roughly 8GB and have space for my photos/music/apps). Because for me faster was more important than bigger I searched for class 10 cards and settled for 16GB (at a bargain price too - 30 EUR). I have to say that I'm very happy with it - it's really class 10, no shutter at all and I have enough space to copy a full season of a TV show to have with me to watch while I have nothing else to do.

whatever size you do get make sure its minimum class 6 or above ;) otherwise as stated the speed (or lack of) may start to annoy you :)

Go for 32 Gigs.
even tho if youre low on money go for it! then you`l never go out of space
and the DHD dont slow down either so its a win win win! :D

Would recomend you to get atleast a 8gb class 6, you can get them for under 9GBP on amazon. In my opinion those are the bare minimums. You need class 6 to record 720p video without stutter and 8 gb holds decent ammount of music/videos.
It all depends on how much you willing to spend in reality.

Personally i just bought Patriot 16GB class 10.

I don't think anything above class 6 is very useful seeing as the memory card reader on the DHD may not be fast enough to read/write anything faster than that, but I could be wrong. I have a 16GB Class 4 Duracell myself which works at very high speeds, way above the classification. For it's price a very good card, in my opinion. But I'd go for 32GB if I had the money for it.

The DHD can read/write at speeds way higher than 6MB/s. My class 10 card has transfers of 19/11 MB/s (in the phone, not via a SD adapter) and there are reports of beter (and more expensive) class 10 cards working at even higher speeds.
