Samsung Galaxy S2, I still keep It. mmm before that a Motorola defy, It was a great phone.
Came from a Nexus S SUPERLCD and it was the lcd display on the xperia s that swayed me away from another Samsung but surely SUPER AMOLED device.

HTC Droid Incredible 2 and I loved it. I will probably be going back to HTC when upgrade is available. All because of this locked boot loader trouble.

Had a Motorola Defy, though phone, handled cm10 very well for its age, but I wanted something wit at least ICS and a superb camera. Kind of miss the waterproof aspect, but I will maybe change my Xperia S for the Xperia Z 
I miss the deeper blacks of my old Samsung Galaxy S II's display. And the fact that it is easier to go in-and-out of custom and stock ROMs with it.

Don't have an S, but I have an ION and a Galaxy Nexus. Before my ION I had an Arc, and before that an X10.

i had a galaxy nexus. Not regretting it that much going for a xperia S, but these capacitive buttons on the XPeria S are giving me headache...thats the only serious problem i have with the phone to the point of returning the phone back.

Enable on-screen buttons and problem solved.
They doesn't use much screen space.

1I saw someone else (AXIS of Reality) ask over on the GS2 forums and would also like to see how many users came from what devices.
Please only select the main phone you used and the phone you used directly before the Xperia S

Edit: Please only select a manufacture if you had an ANDROID phone, for WP7 etc. tick the respective boxes for those OS's1went from X10 to Arc which I got for £90 and then to Xperia S which got for free from my sister. However I still miss the ARC i think its the best phone ive had to date, although its a bit slow, i still love it and would swap back if I could.
