I hear you. I'm glad I was still inside my initial 14 day period on a new phone. I went to BB today and they gave me a full refund, no restocking fees. If I'd been forced to trade, I'd be very unhappy as none of the other phones out right now interest me.I just talked to Best Buy mobile 10 minutes ago. They told me I need to bring my replacement Note7 in immediately. "a Second recall is coming very soon" I can exchange it for any phone however since I was leasing the Note7 I only have leasing options for a Samsung S7E, LG or Iphone. Any other phone would need to be purchased outright. I asked about the Pixel XL and they told me that I would have to purchase the unlocked $829 phone outright from Google to bring to Sprint. so this Note7 issues goes from bad to worse for users.
