Um, I just discovered something very interesting about my Fascinate. It has Adobe Flash Player installed!!! Now, before you get too excited, it's not full Flash 10.1. In the applications list, it just lists as "Version 1", but I would say it's from Adobe, because it uses the official Flash icon.
To test this, I went to Hulu.com, which did not work, but browsing to other sites that use basic Flash animations, I found that while not perfect, it does have a certain amount of Flash functionality. I would call this something similar to HTC's Flash Lite plug-in. However, unlike HTC's version, which only works in the stock HTC browser, this Flash plug-in works in both the stock browser and xScope on my Fascinate (and presumably other third party browsers as well).
I dunno, maybe this Flash functionality was already known about, and I just completely missed it somewhere, but I typically keep up to date on all mobile phone news, and I had never heard that the Galaxy S phones have partial Flash support out of the box (thought only HTC Sense devices had that). It's definitely a bonus for me, as I thought I'd have to wait for Froyo for any level of Flash support.
